“Ordered a pump hose and some drinks tabs but drinks tabs did not arrive. Quickly rectified by customer services so all good. Other than that everything was good”

“They had the parts that Wiggle and Chainreaction did NOT. All items were SRAM and competitively priced, the chain was more expensive but if the cheaper option is not in stock at the other co's then whats the point of it being cheaper! I highly recommend Swinnerton cycles. Top class.”

“The tension bolt for my Brooks B17 saddle took about 6 weeks to arrive. I ordered another, while waiting, from SJS which arrived in a few days(fitted before the Swinnerton one arrived) Not all bad as I now have a spare.”

“Cracking bike shop, an Aladdin's cave (when you can browse around) and nothing ever seems like it's too much trouble whatever standard you're at, you always get the feeling that they sell stuff as much for the love of cycling as anything else.”
