“I ordered a drivetrain, subsequently I noticed I’d ordered the wrong spec. Hi email and the order was cancelled, no issue, no fuss. It’s a shame I didn’t get what I am after on this occasion, but the customer Service means I will use them in the future.”

“Recommended a really good bike at the right price, had it a couple of weeks now and I'm really happy with it (giant trance 3).... just need to update their computer systems because it didn't want to play ball for ages when I was in there! Ended up doing it myself through their website while I was in the shop :)”
