“Found it impossible to order on line without ringing to ask for codes to access order information. Also I was told that delivery was free but order form would not allow this when I entered shipfree as instructed. Delivery charge added over 50% to the cost of my order. .”

“I had purchased a Turbo Trainer and needed a skewer. I appreciate that this is not a particularly expensive item but the individual I spoke with confirmed the type of Trainer I had and they type of bike and advised me that I could remove the sprocket from my rear wheel and insert that into the bike. I thought this was excellent service, he could easily have sold me a skewer and said nothing. I bought one anyway, following the link to the particular part I needed, using the information provided by the salesman.”
