“Placed an order yesterday evening shortly after sent an email to Swiftreg to explain I had ordered the wrong one and requested it was changed. Advised this morning it was not possible to amend my order but it could cancelled with a £75 cancellation fee. Very disappointed considering I purchased a number plate through them last month and am looking for a 3rd. Will continue with the cancellation and make my purchases elsewhere.”

“Found my desired reg number great, bought it great, then when the certificate came through, swift reg have themselves on the certificate as owner of the plate. WTF”

“Once we had got past the issues of ownership then it was smooth sailing and a very quick process. THis was a present so the recipient was very happy which is a job well done!”

“I bought my plates and paid for all the transfers to be then told I could not put them on my car because of the year of the car and l could not have a refund.I wish swift reg would of told me this when I give them the Reg of my car it would of saved me £400.”

“Ordered my wife's number plate Then the next day swiftreg announanced they were doing a January sale So my wife asked if they would honour the discount as I'd brought it the day before and they said no even though it was purchased in January not good service Another thing was the courier delivered the plates which they left hanging out of the letterbox so anyone could of pulled them out!!!”

“Got plates but nothing else, having payed for no hassle change over I was told everything lost in post!! Spent number of days and 25 pounds not hassle free sorting out my hassle free change over ####!!”

“I only wanted to buy a registration plate.. I didn't expect to get absolutey bombarded with emails about using your fast track service and trying to sell me a set of number plates. Countless emails ... i won't be using you again.”

“Received my new number plate on 24/03/2021. Which was fine. Seven days later Swift sent me a mail with an Easter sale saying save 50% off transfer fees. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound ! Not very diplomatic, do they think I am going to buy another personalised number plate! Bad marketing!”

“Unfortunately the hide their small print in the middle off a 6 page terms and conditions which was very long and winded so I missed the information about the car having to be younger than my car whitch unfortunately it was not so I am left with a licence plate but no car so I was not to happy with the service or the small print”
