“I only wanted to buy a registration plate.. I didn't expect to get absolutey bombarded with emails about using your fast track service and trying to sell me a set of number plates. Countless emails ... i won't be using you again.”

“Received my new number plate on 24/03/2021. Which was fine. Seven days later Swift sent me a mail with an Easter sale saying save 50% off transfer fees. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound ! Not very diplomatic, do they think I am going to buy another personalised number plate! Bad marketing!”

“Unfortunately the hide their small print in the middle off a 6 page terms and conditions which was very long and winded so I missed the information about the car having to be younger than my car whitch unfortunately it was not so I am left with a licence plate but no car so I was not to happy with the service or the small print”
