Mixed bag here. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly by James, but that is of course because they were trying to sell me a product and make money. Customer service is always spot on when trying to take your money after all! I was kept informed throughout the process and the paperwork was dealt with by Swiftreg, which made it hassle free. My gripe is with after the purchase. I ordered the plates and the fixing kit from Swiftreg. The fixing kit contains screws, screw caps and adhesive tape. It has been less than a month and the front plate has fallen off due to the poor quality tape that was provided. I contacted Swiftreg regarding my displeasure at such a poor (or perhaps defective) product being supplied. I was immediately met with deflection from the advisor, Natalie, who immediately attempted to blame me for not attaching the plate correctly. I must, at this point, state that the attached instructions were followed to the letter. I must also highlight that this process is far from rocket science. The front plate was just lying below my car. The pads were still stuck to the plate, but were anything but sticky on the exposed side. Very poor aftersales customer service, immediately blaming the customer with a very dismissive attitude. All in all a very disappointing end to what had started out as a pleasant buying experience. I would suggest not wasting your cash on the poor quality fixing kit Swiftreg offer at point of sale. I was lucky that the plate fell off outside my property, could've been far more expensive and dangerous if it had happened while driving.

Everything was okay until either dvla or swift reg Miss spelt my name. It’s ridiculous I paid for transfer fee they should have double checked before if it comes back wrong go back to dvla and get it amended, useless little mistakes like that is a big thing improve your quality of work.

Ok so i bought the the reg with 15% discount. Unfortunately the code didnt work . So i phoned them up. And was basically told tough s--t. So n9t receiving a great review from me. Ps . Everything else was plain sailing, and easy ty .

Reg plates arrived in time but wasn’t notified the transfer had taken place. V5 came before the email from SwiftReg confirming the transfer had taken place .

Very simple process but don’t be fooled into thinking that there are no hidden costs. You pay a lot for the extras. I paid 125% more on top of the listed price for transfers, registration and plates.

Excellent service by Swifteg to a point. The courier co. used, Evri, (was Hermes) left my parcel AND DOCUMENTS propped up against my front door for any passing thief to steal. No attempt to ask for a safe place, neighbour etc. No eta given, just expecting people to track their parcel - they are delivering it, they should be able to tell me. Courier should have to get a signature in future or use a different courier.

Service was very good When I bought my husband his personalised number plate But delivery wasn't good at all It was flung over a high fence it was raining and snowing that day I wasn't happy at all

Purchased reg and all administration sorted very quickly, However Hermes (Evri) should have delivered my plates on the 26th November, informed there was a delay and will be delivered 27th. I still haven’t received the plates,very poor on the courier service

2nd registration I’ve ordered in a month … only ordered the second reg as a discount code was available.. Wasn’t clear ( for me ) when and where on the payment page Sent a polite e mail asking for £30 ….. no was the answer…… very disappointed

The name swiftreg is not what it says on the tin. The change over of the registration was quite good but waiting for delivery of the plates was quite appalling, it took over 2 weeks to arrive. This may just have been because they used Evri as their carrier but still swiftreg are responsible. I could have saved money and had the plate made myself which would have got me riding my new motorcycle much quicker. As the changeover of registration had been made before the plate arrived I was unable to ride my bike, perhaps in the future swiftreg could make sure the plate has arrived before changing the registration over.

Love my new plates and the process was easy with all necessary documentation arriving promptly. I thought I had ordered a fitting kit with my plates but none arrived. I also wish I’d paid for fitting as the plates had no holes so had to drill and use old fittings to attach. None of the approved fitters near me would fit them for me due to purchasing elsewhere. All in all I’m happy though.

Process was a little iffy to say the least, bought my reg through the website shortly after I saw the exact same registration up for around 900gbp after I paid about 450gbp for it. Kept constantly getting harassed when all I wanted was the bloody paperwork and to not be forced to buy the plates yet. Entire process felt delayed as I chose not to purchase the 30gbp overpriced plates which could easily be picked up for half the price at one of my locals. Continuing after reading some information swiftreg sent me something on the lines of if you don't assign your plate to a car you loose the right to use it, after some digging with the DVLA you get 10 years to register something clearly left out by swiftreg just another stealth tactic to leverage more fees out of you. Clearly unprofessional practice. Weight up the pros and cons before purchasing from these mugs, it may be possible to get the same plate cheaper elsewhere.

Very disappointed due to not received my number plates it's longer than 2 weeks since I placed the order if I were you I would consider about changing my courier I go on holiday this after noon and I will have to leave the existing plates on even though I have been told bu the dvle to put new plates on tell me how please
