Lost money on my first plate when changing my car as registration was associated with a sorn vehicle and wasn’t offered any diccount on purchasing another ! … not happy

Never arrived despite paying for guaranteed next day delivery - asked for a full refund and still waiting ! Absolutely terrible service !

After buying a reg as a gift only to realise car on 07 & reg 57;so not entitled to go on car contacted swift reg just to be told in not so many words tough !!!! Nothing they can do even though not as reg 28 days terrible service steer clear !!

Customer service absolutely diabolical. Within an hour of ordering I tried to contact them by only method possible E-mail! No reply! Subsequently sent 3 other E-mails and still had no reply to any! In their confirmation E-mail states reply to this E-mail or contact us by email… Nothing!!!!!

Very disappointed with this service although it states you can’t cancel when you order. I tried to change a number plate I ordered not cancel the complete order which I done on a Sunday and emailed them this. Surely nothing would have happened on a Sunday but when I phoned on the Monday I was told I would still have to pay a cancellation fee although I only wanted to change reg I had previously chosen. This being another £75.00 Not very impressed

Very poor communication didn't even have this registration number had to purchase it them selves first waited a month to get it and couldn't get it in my daughters name just came on a transfer note will look elsewhere next time!!

I`m sorry to say Swiftreg. is the wrong name ! It took 3 weeks to supply the documents and we were told this was due to the owner of the plate did not send docs to them ? we were not told this at the time of purchase ?????

Took three days to get a reply which meant we couldn’t use my motorhome and then charged £28 to Change the number plate over not a great Service.

Everything was perfect until I went down South of Ireland seems there are outstanding toll charges for this plate that they are now trying to charge me for, well I made a payment when I traveled but that payment has been allocated to an earlier journey for that reg from before me owning it. Now looks like my journey has not been paid for

Very disappointing service. Bought a number plate for my daughter as a surprise for her birthday. Paid for the service to transfer it. Having waited several days, and actually told my daughter it was being processed, we received an email saying the plate wasn’t available. I was extremely disheartened, as our payment had been taken, and several days had passed before we were informed we weren’t to receive it.

Absolutely terrible. Total disregard for anyone who doesn't read their terms and conditions down to the finest details. I can't upload a photograph of my new plate as it's no use. Totally disgusted with the whole company. Customer service is also a JOKE.
