“Their products are NOT VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN friendly, as they contain BEEF gelatin! I ordered starflower oil through Amazon and all it said was 'gelatin' not that it was beef based! I will never order from that company again who misleads their customers. They also say that their packaging is 'sustainable' but there's nothing sustainable about it! Buy from a reputable seller who make it clear that their products contain animal products or not.”

“I did not receive my order at all. I paid through Google Pay, which picked an old/wrong shipping address. I mailed the company straight away, within 5 minutes after ordering to correct the address, but they said the next day, the order is dispatched and they failed to contact the delivery team to correct the delivery address.”

“Ordered some Cranberry tablets which were supposed to be in stock. Credit card was immediately debited. Chased for non arrival after a week and was told they were despatched. Still had not arrived after 1 week further so asked for a refund. Tablets never did arrive so assume they were never actually shipped. The refund arrived in a couple of days.”

“Purchased some L theanine product was not clear it used animal products, and had been using as a vegetarian. Appreciate it maybe an oversite but however others please be aware as lot of other brands use a derivative. Emailed customer services priority to writing a review asking if they could highlight to those who don’t. Disappointed.”
