“These people used to be one of my essential suppliers for many years. Quality products, good prices and great service. This all changed recently I'm sad to say. I placed an order and after near on a few weeks nothing arrived. I looked at my order status and it said in progress or whatever the equivalent term is. Still some days later nothing arrived. I emailed them and was assured it'll come soon and to contact them if not. Well more days/weeks passed and still no sign of my items. I emailed them again. A few days passed and no reply. I tried again and still no answer. In the end I made a more assertive email and posted on Facebook. I still heard nothing. Eventually a full refund came my way but there was no email back, reply on Facebook or apology of any kind. I'm sad to say I'll never use them again, let alone recommend them. I hope they change and get back on form.”
