“When purchasing my order I was informed that I would receive my order during a specified time slot. This was not and has still not been fulfilled. I am exasperated as to when I will receive my goods. Disgruntled”

“I am deeply dissatisfied with the service as my order never arrived, and to make matters worse, the support team showed no urgency in addressing my concerns when I contacted them. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed.”

“Ordered some Cranberry tablets which were supposed to be in stock. Credit card was immediately debited. Chased for non arrival after a week and was told they were despatched. Still had not arrived after 1 week further so asked for a refund. Tablets never did arrive so assume they were never actually shipped. The refund arrived in a couple of days.”

“Wasn't clear that the capsules I ordered contain gelatin which was disappointing. Instructions given to return but they were quite ambiguous in terms of whether I'd receive a refund so I didn't bother”

“Purchased some L theanine product was not clear it used animal products, and had been using as a vegetarian. Appreciate it maybe an oversite but however others please be aware as lot of other brands use a derivative. Emailed customer services priority to writing a review asking if they could highlight to those who don’t. Disappointed.”

“I placed an order with expected delivery time of 3-5 days, after a week their order still hasn’t been delivered. Very poor communication from the company. I sent 3 emails enquiring about the order but had no response. My only saving grace was that I paid through PayPal who got me a full refund. Very disappointed!”

“This is my first time shopping on this site, everything looked great. Since the paid shipment (more than a month) never arrived at my address, after my three e-mails, supplemented EU decided to cancel the order and make a refund. That seemed completely fair to me until I saw how they returned only part of the money, 26.99 euros, which is related to the product, and the amount for delivery of 11.00 euros was not paid. I assume that there was an error in assessing the situation because no normal person would charge his client for the delivery of a product that did not reach him. After the wasted time and annoyance on my part, everything looks very unprofessional.”

“Terrible service, they put incomplete address and had all details from Royal Mail to sort issue. Had explain in several emails and in my opinion they could’ve just resent but have decided to wait till RM return item to them and refund me, so I have to wait and no product. 10 days so far , I’m guessing another week or two more to wait .Such a shame with was handled so poorly, I’ve now gone with another brand VITABRIGHT who seem to be more informative anyway and also know how to do customer service and it arrived within 3 days and very happy with results”
