“I have not received the product”

Hello, The order has been sent out by Royal Mail on the 7th under the tracking number RS156012912GB. It shows "in lavorazione ai Centri Postali dal 10-APR-2015" on Poste Italiane website. You can track your parcel on their website. It has been shipped from the United Kingdom. It, usually, takes 7-10 working days for delivery to Italy specially with Poste Italiane. We request that you allow a few more days for delivery. Please let us know if the order is not delivered by the 21st of April.
