Placed order for product, but wasn't informed it was out of stock. Instead sent a different variant of product, again no communication. Contacted supplier for a refund, and still waiting for postage label to be sent electronically so that I can return item. If you like wasting your time, order from Superfooduk!

I placed an order and within a day a confirmation of dispatched. Reported 10 days later when no goods arrived and just got can't be tracked and order cancelled because apparently none in stock so order cancelled. No time to source replacement now before xmas. I don't believe item was ever dispatched. Bitterly disappointing service.

Paid £12 for next day delivery and unfortunately and very dissapointing my item never arrived for 4 days. Will never order from this company again.

Hello, thank ou for the feedback. We have checked the order and you have not paid £12 for next day delivery but only £5.79. Also, the order was placed on the 30th afternon. There is no collection from Courier and mail service that we use on Sunday and bank holiday. The order has been sent out on the 1st class by mistake. A repalcement can be sent out and the delivery charge can be refunded. Please let us know if it is accpetable. Kind regards, Lorena

When I finally received my order the products were as I expected. But the service was to 10th rate at best and that is being generous. And on one of three attempts to receive my goods I was on the east cost and the parcel was in west Yorks and the finale attempt it was left in owners lounge where anyone is aloud to wander with what luckily turned out to be a member of staff the parcel was due at 12.00 to 1.00 but because the person who the parcel was duped on has is own job to do and not the curriers I didn't receive it until 4.30 and he was very concerned that he was unable to get to me earlier . Don't bother to give contact details as the Currier dose not under stand what to do with them.

Very disappointing. No dispatch email within the two days stated, still nothing received. Ordered 13 July. No response to email so far. Only thing received was an email telling me "I've forgotten something" - to leave them a review. I think they're the ones that have forgotten something! Basic customer service and my order. I'm hoping I paid by PayPal so I can at least get a refund. Would definitely not recommend.

The Ecoegg was developed to be kind to sensitive skin and to the environment, therefore does not contain any harsh chemicals. All the products have been assessed and approved by Allergy UK, the leading medical charity for sufferers of allergy, sensitivity and intolerance. As we said in our previous emails (sent via Ebay), we do order our product from the manufacturer directly. All information provided by you was forwarded to the manufacturer and when they contacted you to send out a replacement, you refused and requested for a refund. This the second time my shipment gets delayed and I live in London. The shipment has been dispatched since May 7th and it hasn't yet arrived. I'm worried because its honey and they go bad being wrapped and inside a box for such a long time.

Hello, The order has been sent out on the 5th by Royal Mail under the tracking number JC452547155GB. It shows "Item JC452547155GB was forwarded to the Delivery Office on 2015-05-08" on their website. A parcel shipped by Royal Mail second recorded can take up to 5 working days for deliver, so please allow a few more days for delivery. Also, you can track your parcel on their website. Advertised rain forest honey for sale. I paid £57, they did not have the product ans took two weeks to refund my money. Mo way would I ever use this company and I would never recommend then to anyone. Has to file a PayPal dispute to get a refund.

I ordered a few items, payment was taken from my account, I awaited delivery, then got an email at a later date saying 'part' of my order had been cancelled, with no information as to what items had been cancelled. I had to email them to ask. The bulk of my order was not in stock/they had encountered a problem and they are now refunding me the remaining balance. Not very efficient or organised at all, and communication with the customer lacking. Would not buy from this company again.
