I ordered 4 jars of Nutiva extra virgin coconut oil from superfoods and was very disappointed with the product. The Nutiva coconut oil I bought in the past from another supplier was pure white. However, the ones sent to me by superfoods were beige mixed with white in the same jar. Also the coconut oil are going to expire on the 1st of June 2017 which is 8 months time. In my opinion, the colour of the coconut oil has started changing from white to beige because its been on the shelf of superfoods for 1 year 4 months. I was so disappointed and decided to return the 4 jars of coconut oil. When I got to the post office and was told the cost of postage I was forced to keep I jar and sent back 3 to reduce the cost. I am very unhappy and feel misled by Superfoods. I feel I waisted money on postage and I also feel I am forced to keep a product I don't want. I will no longer be buying products from superfoods and would not recommend their services to friends.

Never sent item even tho they said they did - then then said it was out of stock then they cudnt provide tracking number i ordered it for next day and got nothing but excuses - waste if time do not order from here there useless and wont last long at this rate

I ordered Matcha Twist and shake tea MORE THAN A MONTH AGO! And I still haven't received my orders yet. I've basically wasted 30 pounds for NOTHING! Customer service is basically non existence, never replies to any of my emails. I called the number and the staff said they will get back to me within 24 hours but I never received anything. Im very disappointed at the whole experience. this is unbelieveable

I have placed my order 2 WEEKS AGO. Its not like I live somewhere far from the shop , I live in Ireland and it should not take 2 weeks to deliver a small package when the shop is in UK. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't got my order, so I am very disappointed and angry that this shop could not provide the good/average service. This shop should organise some better delivery. For this price it shouldn't take that long. And now I can say that I don't even know if I will actually get my order. I know for sure that I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Unless you want to wait for your order for WEEKS !

After making an order with confidence and paying extra for next day delivery. I was let down, only 2 items arrived on time and the remaining 9 items arrived 2 days later. This order was for a family member overseas and dude to the incompetence of Superfood, I now have to pay money out of pocket to deliver the items overseas. Explained the situation and they were not helpful and frankly didn't care. Terrible customer service and no willingness to compensate me. Was even lied to and was told the manager will be in at 5 which is actually the time their customer service close. Rude and unprofessional company!

Have been ordering the Goji berry juice from yourselves for the last few years and recently noticed i have been receiving old batches and the taste has changed. my last order i ordered 3 bottles and 2 of them were out of date this is not acceptable

I have no complaints with Superfood's price or quality; however, I do have an issue with your delivery proceedures. i have requested goods be delivered to a different address from my own. Superfoods failed to do this and have not responded to my emails. I have 180 vitamin c tablets on my shelf with another 180 on the way because your system defaults to the log in address rather than the requested delivery address. Please sort this out and send my order to the address requested on my orders and in the three emails.

after numerous times the order wasn't delivered and we had no apologies whatsoever from Ewelina who kept emailing us only with a question what we want to do next we have place the order with another supplier and received the delivery the next morning. I think the customer service is not good here and this is important so we won't use the services again

Superfoodsuk took my money and then were unable to fulfil my order so had to credit me with a refund through my Paypal account. They did not email me to apologise and the only way I knew I would not get my order was when I received notification from Paypal that my account had been credited. Very poor service. Would I use them again? definitely No!
