“after numerous times the order wasn't delivered and we had no apologies whatsoever from Ewelina who kept emailing us only with a question what we want to do next we have place the order with another supplier and received the delivery the next morning. I think the customer service is not good here and this is important so we won't use the services again”

Hello, We have taken a quick look into this and it looks like we dispatched your order within two days DPD. However, courier was unable to deliver your goods and left the calling card . “Superfoodsuk took my money and then were unable to fulfil my order so had to credit me with a refund through my Paypal account. They did not email me to apologise and the only way I knew I would not get my order was when I received notification from Paypal that my account had been credited. Very poor service. Would I use them again? definitely No!”
