“I was very impressed with the service. It was quick but mostly what was so good - is that I got regular emails and then texts to keep me updated on where my delivery was at. Very very helpful”

“Superfoodsuk took my money and then were unable to fulfil my order so had to credit me with a refund through my Paypal account. They did not email me to apologise and the only way I knew I would not get my order was when I received notification from Paypal that my account had been credited. Very poor service. Would I use them again? definitely No!”

“Placed order for product, but wasn't informed it was out of stock. Instead sent a different variant of product, again no communication. Contacted supplier for a refund, and still waiting for postage label to be sent electronically so that I can return item. If you like wasting your time, order from Superfooduk!”

We would have sent out a replacement but the product is currently out of stock. Further to our previous correspondence on this issue, the pre-paid returns label has been emailed to you. “When I see a picture of something then that is what I expect. The product I saw was in a box with strips of tablets. What I received is in a jar. My last order was also in jars, and a good few of the tablets were broken, and in crumb form. By the time I came to the broken ones it was apparently too late to report it. This time I have emptied the first jar and no broken ones. Also, the colour has changed, which makes me doubt its quality. However, a visit to a health food shop has reassured me. Next time I shall look for an alternative supplier of this product.”
