“This is the first time that i have used this website as I vote with my feet against Amazons poor record at paying tax. The good came in reasonable time but I have been spoiled by the communications from other sites with more information on receipt of goods, delivery schedule etc which is reassuring. I would use them again as I like the free delivery.”

“Have been ordering the Goji berry juice from yourselves for the last few years and recently noticed i have been receiving old batches and the taste has changed. my last order i ordered 3 bottles and 2 of them were out of date this is not acceptable”

“I have no complaints with Superfood's price or quality; however, I do have an issue with your delivery proceedures. i have requested goods be delivered to a different address from my own. Superfoods failed to do this and have not responded to my emails. I have 180 vitamin c tablets on my shelf with another 180 on the way because your system defaults to the log in address rather than the requested delivery address. Please sort this out and send my order to the address requested on my orders and in the three emails.”

“The ordering process was fine, I then received a dispatch confirmation early Wednesday afternoon, yet Royal Mail did not take possession of the parcel until the Friday afternoon! The received goods were all fine and I shall order in future if the prices remain competitive.”

“After waiting 4 weeks for the order to arrive, I have asked for reimbursement 3 times. Now 6 weeks have passed, I dont have the goods and the money has not come back. My last e-mail was also not anwered within 5 days. I cannot recommend this company.”

“The website and order process was easy and delivery was fairly prompt even though it was over a bank holiday weekend. I haven't used my flour or pasta yet so can't review those but I'll definitely be looking to this site for future produce.”
