Hello, We have taken a quick look into this and it looks like we split your order between two parcels, one was successfully delivered. Unfortunately, we could not get a tracking update for the second parcel. Therefore, the replacement for the missing goods has been offered and sent via tracked service as agreed. “Very good service - I asked for 12 X 500gm jars and got 24 small 250gm jars . These are a pain to store but they should have told me they were doing this. they did not! Still good value”
