“The service and help i got in Branch was good, Friendly and Helpful , When ordered said in stock , On the day of order i was passing branch so went in and asked if possible to collect and was given pump . I actually got email to collect 3 days later . Ordered on Tuesday , Email received Friday. So i would have been annoyed if had to wait the 4th day from order .”

“Good range of products. Prices are not cheap, but the item I purchased seems good quality. Web sales takes forever to inform customers of order progress. (The item I wanted was in stock). I had to ring to find out where my order was in the queue. I was told to ring the shop (trade counter covers public sales too it would appear). Was told to go and get it. It was ready and nicely presented vin a carrier bag. The day after collected, I received an email informing me it was ready to collect 🙄. Good company, but back office seems uncoordinated.”

“The valve is good value and arrived very quickly. Because of the information on the website I knew I was buying the correct item. It was simple to replace the old valve and the pump is now running correctly instead of being almost constantly on. BTW I'm a 73 year old woman and fitted it myself knowing it was going to be the right part.”
