Really helpful, found an equivalent product when the extractor fan I ordered was unavailable, even when a number of other suppliers, said they couldn't get one. Then, when that one became unavailable managed to source our first choice, matching the price. Excellent service.

Excellent service. When I unpacked the fire one of the components was broken. They immediately sent out a replacement no questions asked. After sales was excellent also. Realised I had ordered the wrong top piece for the chimney. They saw that I had ordered an additional item. They called me to give technical support, discuss how it was being installed & recommend the correct part. I am extremely pleased with the product & service. Wouldn’t buy a fire from anyone else.

Needed a new door glass for Harmony 13 stove. I ordered the glass which was right size. However, on fitting, I realised that I needed a gasket set. I felt you should have advised me of this prior to ordering the glass. Also, my stove had a double glass. There was no advice that this was the case when I ordered the glass (over the phone).

Looking at your order, we can see that you purchased the new stove glass before realising a gasket replacement was also needed. You then placed a second order for the gasket set and emailed us to request that both items be shipped together. We were happy to accommodate this and adjusted your order accordingly. Due to the vast range of stoves and spare parts we carry, it’s unfortunately not possible for us to anticipate when a gasket set might be required for a glass replacement. We appreciate your feedback, but unless a customer has already removed their stove glass, it can be difficult to determine whether a new gasket is needed—many can be safely reused. As an update we have also now changed the description of the stove on the website, to add in the information about the need for the glass seals and gaskets, and the need to check if you have to order two pieces of glass, or just one. That's an improvement, and helpful for future customers so I'd also like to thank you for highlighting that.

Installing a stove is a difficult job either many technical aspects to consider then, if you like me want to go further, installing a boiler stove is definitely a job that requires time, information, evaluation and careful consideration. Susi, from Stoves Online, has been an absolute blessing in this project. she has always replied expertly and patiently to my many emails about questions, insights, doability and evaluation. She has advise a local HETAS engineer and advised on the equipment I needed. The wider Stoves Online team has been as good as Susi, everyone there seems keen and happy to reply to all queries, doubts, clarifications, they offer expert advise without selling pressure and let the costumer evaluate the best decision.
