“Excellent service from the initial phone conversation with Shirley who was ultra efficient and guided me towards my choice of stove. Her communication was prompt and helpful and even messaged me from the airport before her holiday! Dedication. The delivery was slightly frustrating as we waited around to take delivery but it arrived at 8pm! Shirley gave me a list of fitters and we chose Andy from Wantage as he was local. He was also excellent. Came at an appointed time to quote. That arrived the following day and fitting was smooth and efficient. Stove now in place so Thankyou Stovesonline and Shirley and Andy who covered for Shirley efficiently too.”

“I would wholeheartedly recommend Stovesonly to anyone considering buying a stove. I was fortunate enough to purchase an attractive-priced Esse Beakeheart stove. However, as I needed to export it from the UK and import it into the EU, I encountered some difficulties with customs, who required additional documentation. Thanks to the excellent customer service at Stovesonline, especially Susi Nightingale, I was able to obtain all the requested paperwork and certificates quickly, which helped me speed up the import procedure significantly. I would give them 10 out of 10.”

“Great all round. I actually visited their showroom in Dunkerswell to look at and purchase my log burner. The gentleman (Os) was very friendly, informative and helpful without being pushy. The price was great too. After purchasing the log burner Stovesonline gave the names of a couple of qualified installers (both were als very good and came and quoted promptly. Stovesonline are supplying all the sundries required to fit the stove, again at a very good price. I am due to have the log burner fitted within the next two weeks but up to now I cannot recommend this company highly enough with the service I have received.”
