“There are levels of customer service and then there are those that go above and beyond all expectations I had a broken boiler over the winter period and needed parts urgently which is when I encountered Natasha at Stovesonline, not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she organised the express shipment of the parts I required and kept me up to date from beginning to end. I could not recommend this company and in particular Natasha any more highly.”

“Living in Australia, it has been almost impossible to buy Invicta Stove spare parts locally. Stoves Online has on two seperate occasions been able to supply and ship spare parts to my address overseas. Other suppliers would not take the time to organise the parts and arrange international freight - Stove Online staff were only too happy to do everything quickly and efficiently, all the time providing updates about progress.
