“The parts for my Vermont Intrepid arrived in good time but the throat block casting had very short top locating lugs on it and kept falling out so I had to wire it in. I realise that this is not their fault but I did enaul them to advise the manufacturer . U have received no response to the effect that they have dine so”

The only couple of criticisms being that the flue/installation design team did not supply sufficient length of flue based on my measurements which where pretty comprehensive and the recommended contractor communicated poorly when trying to arrange the additional works.”
