Needed a new door glass for Harmony 13 stove. I ordered the glass which was right size. However, on fitting, I realised that I needed a gasket set. I felt you should have advised me of this prior to ordering the glass. Also, my stove had a double glass. There was no advice that this was the case when I ordered the glass (over the phone).

Looking at your order, we can see that you purchased the new stove glass before realising a gasket replacement was also needed. You then placed a second order for the gasket set and emailed us to request that both items be shipped together. We were happy to accommodate this and adjusted your order accordingly. Due to the vast range of stoves and spare parts we carry, it’s unfortunately not possible for us to anticipate when a gasket set might be required for a glass replacement. We appreciate your feedback, but unless a customer has already removed their stove glass, it can be difficult to determine whether a new gasket is needed—many can be safely reused. As an update we have also now changed the description of the stove on the website, to add in the information about the need for the glass seals and gaskets, and the need to check if you have to order two pieces of glass, or just one. That's an improvement, and helpful for future customers so I'd also like to thank you for highlighting that.
Bitterly disappointed that I was sent 2 of my order of 4, wrong size lining bricks, which the company refused to exchange. Admitedly when the my order was de;ivered it was placed in the garage & left for several months before I got around to replacing the lining bricks. (My husband was in a nursing home many miles from his home town, I was busy fighting the system trying to get my husband moved to a local nursing home. It was only through the help of my local MP that this was eventually resolved). The 'wrong sized bricks' had obviousky never been used, I just feel as the bricks were in the same condition as they were delived to me, the company could have so easily replacxed those 2 bricks which are of no use to me.

We were told our new stove would be 10 days - that was over six weeks ago - we had to chase you for an update (three times) and we were told it would take longer. So I think a bit better scheduling and keeping the customer up to date would help? Can't comment further as we haven't received the goods yet.
