However, as I needed to export it from the UK and import it into the EU, I encountered some difficulties with customs, who required additional documentation. “Great all round. I actually visited their showroom in Dunkerswell to look at and purchase my log burner. The gentleman (Os) was very friendly, informative and helpful without being pushy. The price was great too. After purchasing the log burner Stovesonline gave the names of a couple of qualified installers (both were als very good and came and quoted promptly. Stovesonline are supplying all the sundries required to fit the stove, again at a very good price. I am due to have the log burner fitted within the next two weeks but up to now I cannot recommend this company highly enough with the service I have received.”

“Superb advice. Suzi worked through all our requirements, needs and little persoanl things that are so important when making a decision on a big investment. The Wamsler K178 is perfectly balanced for cooking, heating the house and producing a ton of hot water. Its a very repsonsive stove, which is easy to operate once you have spent a little bit of time getting to know it. The Flue stat control and LK pump are perfect tools. One bit of feedback is that the flue thermostat comes with little or no instructions on operational use and there is a risk one can run the stove without the pump if you dont run it in carfuly and find an optimal switch on time for the pump. Technical detail... Otherwise great company and soild products. Best Merlin”
