“It was bought to supplement the central heating radiators in our fairly large lounge on the occasional days when we are not using our log burner; which provides the main heat source for the Lounge. Very pleased with the additional radiator and although, with care, I fitted it correctly I can imagine some customers may find it difficult as the positioning/setting out needs precise measuring.”

“I have not received it through Parcel force - I waited at the designated time received zero notification until after designated time - which told me that Parcel force had left a note which they hadn't , l'm still trying to work out out where parcel force have taken the heater can you help ?”

HI Nicos, I have just checked the tracking that we sent to your email on the 13 Feb 2020 15:41:00. Your item is currently at the postoffice waiting for collection. They have sent text messages to the contact number on your order to advise you of your delivery. “service superb... item a nightmare, wish i had done some homework on item, you need degree in science/computing to set useless thing, still no heat, installed properly, but cant set heater to do its job, ie , come on at night. maybe have to bin it and go back to another reliable heater. not even a you tube video to assist setting it, no one knows, absolutely U.S.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Rang late on Thursday afternoon to check availability and lead time on 4 Elnur Ingenium heaters. Paid for them there and then. Received confirmation email almost immediately. Sure enough, the heaters arrive on a pallet first thing Monday morning. The driver was extremely helpful in unloading the heaters. The products were in excellent condition, Fitted and working well. In short fast, friendly and efficient service.”

“The actual process of ordering the heater was very simple and the item arrived very quickly, impressed by this given that it was quite a heavy package. The heater itself was purchased to replace an older style heater which had gone wrong. The old heater was so easy to use, I would have bought another the same in a heartbeat, but as no longer available my choice was limited. The new heater looks the part but in reality required a computer brain to set it up. Not sure I have got this right, time will tell but in all honesty I preferred the previous generation of night store heaters.”

“The ECOSSH408 has not only heated our upstairs office to a temperature higher than expected and therefore more than satisfactorily, but it has contributed to a warmer first floor of the whole house. The reason that I did not allocate more than an 'Acceptable' response to your survey, however, was due to the advice I received when I asked (I think to both manufacturer and supplier) "what KW output do we need for our space". I was simply asked the standard questions: what cubic area; what area of glass; how many outside walls; whether cavity filled etc. On each occasion I explained that the building is timber frame construction, double glazed, heavily insulated and includes a Motor Ventilation Heat Recovery system, all accepted methods of new-build schemes. On each occasion I was given the advice, to buy two 408 heaters. Had I followed this advice I would have paid twice as much as required and would no doubt have had too much heat. I do recommend that your staff are brought up to date about the latest building construction methods. Otherwise, I think your product is excellent and I think you should advocate the technical and economic advantages of this purchase in more detail.”
