“the sales staff and tech support staff were very helpful. the product however was less good”

“The heater was delivered without any notification and as no one was in it was left outside on the drive. With great difficulty, I managed to move it to a secure place, during which the flimsy pallet collapsed. Not to be recommended for a 76 year old. Let's hope following installation that the performance will be worth the effort.”

“Have fitted many night storage heaters of all type and models and found the Elnur ecombi smart heater one of the easiest to install and it’s functionality efficient and simple. The default pre set programs are a great addition for an easy set up. My customers over the moon with it.”

“I bought 3 rads the packaging on 1 was fairly torn like it had been really thrown about. I have had 2 installed at the moment and one of the fins at the back has snapped, which I'm not happy about. The fittings are very flimsy for such a heavy radiator and the fact that they are not secured at the bottom, meaning they pull away from the wall at the bottom, seems a design flaw.”

“According to the website, orders made before 11.30 will be delivered the following day. This did not happen but it arrived early the day after.”

“Product is great (2nd heater ordered) but once again the fixing kit was not sent. Not delivered next day not right when I have electrician on standby. Shame about this one asptect as I said second time it has happened. Matter does needlooking into”

“From Storage Heater Sales 5* Service was excellent ordered on line and all went well. Then had change one heater size phone and spoke with Ben nothing was too much trouble changed order and got refunded me the difference in minutes, brilliant. Would certainly use you again. Delivery another matter!! 1* and that is only for the brilliant delivery driver. Order to be delivered by 5.00pm on the 12th according to my email and tracking app, stayed in all day no delivery tracked the order seemed to go depot to depot !! At 5.12pm tracking app information changed now stated delivery to be before 1.00pm on the 13th!!! This did not happen, waited in all day on the 13th delivery finally arrived 3.10pm. Had to quickly check goods, order seemed OK, however all the fire bricks were soaking wet although wrapped in plastic! Electrician booked for today had to be cancelled now hopping he can fit us in next week to have heating installed before Christmas!”

“The ordering was very good and painless Delivery was also quick the only problem being no one let us know it was coming, luckily we were not far from home. The delivery driver was very helpful and delivered our heater to our door. The heater is not yet installed so I will follow up when it is.”

“very pleased with the heater I bought. The fitting of it was easy, once I had worked out how the support brackets worked. heater installed and now working well. I had trouble finding a heater that was oil filled and small enough. This fitted the bill.”

“Very good delivery and next day delivery when I found broken foot and bricks. However I cannot seem to get the thing working, the instructions to set it up do not appear to have any effect. I shall telephone your technical tomorrow(Monday) to see if they can help, otherwise it's a return I'm afraid”
