The sales side was fine, the delivery was horrendous!! Was told the 8th which I’d called a couple times to make sure was possible, after 3 calls on the day to track, I was assured at 1430 and 1530 it was still coming, I was told at 1630 it was still in the depot. The next day I wax told between 12-2, again several calls later I was assured before 1600, it finally arrived at 1640 when I was on my own with pallet which the driver could not get off to kerbside, when I said this was impossible, he said I was refusing the delivery. So he handballed 300kof bricks and heaters to me without leaving the truck which I then had to carry two flights of stairs on my own, thanks, Derek

Delivery not on time was guaranteed. Was however given a refund for payment made for AM delivery. Once the order arrived, missing products, again this was refunded. Poor service from start to finish. Will not be using again.

Trying to arrange a return, as you will not arrange collection. Goods arrived in different conditions. Loose bricks separate from Heater and box damaged. Very poor assistance with returns process which needs to be on a pallet etc.

That’s very strange I’ve just literally received this email and open the box at the same time today and I found that their storage is dented in many corners I’ll be taking photographs and sending them your way and asking for a replacement the driver did take a photograph but how can you tell inside I cardboard box ? Also maybe my fault I didn’t make myself very clear I didn’t understand if it was a just plug and play thing which is what I really want please get back to me as soon as you can I will send you the photographs and evidence I’m not destroyed any of the packaging but the driver did take the pallet away Your sincerely Tom Falzone

Parts missing resulting in me needing to get electrician back twice 2 call out charges. Before buying I asked power points and was told I only needed one. When I read instructions I was told it was 2 more expense. Sent email to sales team asking it to be forwarded to someone in technical. Reply from Sales team completely at odds with the respponse from electrician, Gabbaron and the instruction manual. Should employ people who know what they are talking about

Storage heater was left on a pallet in the middle of the drive. When my wife asked the delivery man to move it he refused. Heater box was stained with what looked like oil and was marked, clearly it hadn't been treated with any respect! When the heater was opened there was damage to the front casing

Before I ordered the storage heater i emailed all the details making sure it was the correct one. I even contacted your technical service twice to confirm. The electrician came today , he had to contact you again only to be told it was the wrong one, and to send it back. I had already had it installed and the packaging thrown away, there was no way I could have sent this back, and was not going to pay someone to dismantle it again. The electricians found a way to connect it, but it cost me 5 times more than if it had been correct. I am not happy.

Hi, We do state on our website that it does need a constant supply of electricity in order to work. This is due to how new storage heaters are programmable and have the smart functionality. I have also spoke to our sales team and we have not spoke to you today. We do not have a technical team but the manufacturer of the heaters does. Unfortunately with regards this we are unable to supply knowledge of technical wiring. However, I can say that all new storage heaters would of needed either a secondary supply installing or a constant live to the heater to work. If you could please call us regarding the issue with who you spoke to a technical person as I would like to take this up with the manufacturer. 01942 265041 and ask for Cory. Kind Regards

No comminication at all regarding delivery dates. Delivery was delayed and not as stated on the website. I had to phone to find this out. A 10% refund was eventually given as a gesture of goodwill - I had to ask for this.

I found the delivery really irritating. The delivery man came late and also left the heater outside the building and I have to pay some money to be moved it inside the property which is not acceptable.

Zero communication regarding delivery of an 80KG radiator, total joke. I've just come back from the TNT depot, having spent £26 on a taxi to collect. The delivery of this thing has been a complete disaster. I've no doubt that my single order means very little to you but you need to be more aware of how to coordinate and communicate delivery - so much for free postage.

Hi, Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our delivery. We sent an email on the 27th February at 16.37 to say we had shipped the item and also provided you with tracking details. I have checked the tracking on the item and they did try to deliver the item 3 times to yourself. I am also unsure as to why you had to go to the depot to collect, TNT would of delivered it to you without having to go to collect it, you would of just needed to call them and arrange a day. Please accept our apologies, but we did email to confirm the despatch. Kind Regards Cory

The Delivery was ABOMINABLE . When giving the order I explained. My uncle who lives on his own is 92. And asked if heaters could be put inside his porch door. I was told no due to insurance reasons. I was told they would be delivered on Friday and the drivers would phone me an hour before they arrived. I got a phone call on Wednesday to say they were outside the bungalow and would have to leave them outside in the rain as they were not allowed to put them over the threshold. And at 92 my uncle could not lift them himself and was totally confused as they were supposed to be delivered Friday. Utter diabolical customer service. I would advise that you increase you insurance policies and add to the goods being sold, so as to in able you to enter peoples homes and give an outstanding customer service. I do understand about insurance claims where delivery people have been accused of damaging property, as I worked in retail for 40 years. But turning up 2. Days early. Not notifying the customer, and leaving hundreds of pounds worth of heaters on a pallet outside a front door to get soaking wet, Is diabolical .I also understand that there were probable more deliveries in the same area, and therefore brought the delivery forward from Friday to Wednesday. But to not phone first to notify the customer is appalling. Yours. Elaine East.

Hi Elaine, Please accept our apologies on this matter, we are currently looking into what happened and why your delivery date was changed. We arrange delivery dates to ensure that there is someone there who is able to take the delivery. I am not currently sure why your delivery was brought forward and why you didn't receive a call to say it was brought forward. I am looking into this for you now. As you can see from our other reviews we do strive to provide a perfect service. Once again please accept our apologies Kind Regards Cory

I am self employed and took a day off for my delivery that I was due to install the following day ... but hence delivery never came and poor excuses given ..... I was then promised an 8.30 - 9.00 delivery the following morning to avoid further loss of earnings.... delivery arrived at 10.30 and driver said I was lucky to get it that early as I was not down for early delivery ..... constantly miss led about the delivery and no customer service what so ever .... would never use again ????????

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your review and our apologies that out of the thousands of radiator deliveries we despatch each year without any issues, yours went wrong and you had a bad experience shopping with us. As you can see from previous reviews we do endeavour to make sure all our customers deliveries are despatched on time and well packed so that they arrive safe and sound. Unfortunately sometimes things go wrong due to unforeseen circumstances and a delivery does not take place as planned. Regretfully your delivery was delayed as a pallet from another company on the delivery vehicle became unsafe during transportation and as safety is a main concern all the deliveries on the vehicle were delayed while the vehicle returned to the depot to be unloaded safely without any damage to other shipments or to anyone handling the goods. We are very sorry that this occurred and also that the rearranged delivery arrived after the estimated time given by our couriers and the details we relayed in good faith being inaccurate makes you feel we miss led you about delivery. As a company we take every effort to provide a professional level of customer service and its disappointing for us that you feel that the efforts made to rectify the unusual situation with this delivery were unacceptable. We do value our customers and as a gesture of good will we would like to offer you Free Am deliveries on any future orders you place with us. Kind Regards Cory Waterworth
