“The heater was delivered without any notification and as no one was in it was left outside on the drive. With great difficulty, I managed to move it to a secure place, during which the flimsy pallet collapsed. Not to be recommended for a 76 year old. Let's hope following installation that the performance will be worth the effort.”

“The website and ordering were fine however, we were not notified by email or text about when it would be delivered, the first we knew that the delivery was coming was when the driver called to say he was in our village and was looking to find our house. When the delivery driver turned up he was very grumpy and unhelpful. He insisted on leaving the pallet with the heater right in front of the front door despite the fact I asked him to leave it slightly to the side until my husband was able to come and move it.”

“The sales side was fine, the delivery was horrendous!! Was told the 8th which I’d called a couple times to make sure was possible, after 3 calls on the day to track, I was assured at 1430 and 1530 it was still coming, I was told at 1630 it was still in the depot. The next day I wax told between 12-2, again several calls later I was assured before 1600, it finally arrived at 1640 when I was on my own with pallet which the driver could not get off to kerbside, when I said this was impossible, he said I was refusing the delivery. So he handballed 300kof bricks and heaters to me without leaving the truck which I then had to carry two flights of stairs on my own, thanks, Derek”

“Ordered on line over the weekend and delivered on the Tuesday which was very quick. A couple of the bricks were broken in transit, but these were replaced after a phone call to them. Quick delivery on these as well and heater installed and working fine. Order process very easy and call to office handled very well and a professional approach at all times.”
