“I had purchased from your company previously and was aware of good service and was not disappointed this time either! I purchased on-line because I knew what I wanted to buy. My storage heater was duly delivered by the next working day after Queen Elizabeth’s funeral which was perfect! Are you at Merinall aware that after accessing Palletways website to check on delivery they forward customers onto a company called Trackerlynet who ask for £1 (then requested payment via my bank card details) before providing the tracking service! As according to Merinall tracking was free I was astounded and of course did not give my card details.”

“Ordered without issues, delivered the next day on time. One is fitted and working, though I have not connected the solar part yet as I need some work on my consumer unit. I have installed the G Controller and am happy with the remote control (but it connects over ethernet only, no Wi-Fi connectivity :( ), and find the controls to be pretty straight forward. One thing I am a little less happy with is that I could not find any instructions for the G Controller on how to setup the day and night rates, but the Elnur tech team did help me with this (I just like documentation that I can reference). The real test of course will be how they perform when scheduled to charge on a time of use tariff (and excess solar), I have tried some test charges that work perfectly, I just hope they will keep the house warm using cheap rate electric.”

“I bought 3 rads the packaging on 1 was fairly torn like it had been really thrown about. I have had 2 installed at the moment and one of the fins at the back has snapped, which I'm not happy about. The fittings are very flimsy for such a heavy radiator and the fact that they are not secured at the bottom, meaning they pull away from the wall at the bottom, seems a design flaw.”

“Prompt next-day delivery. A mix-up over the delivery time caused some inconvenience but an apology was sent and I accept that this is not a usual occurrence. The delivery driver was very obliging. The two Elnur storage heaters I bought were competitively priced. Installation was straightforward and they are providing an improved level of comfort.”

“service superb... item a nightmare, wish i had done some homework on item, you need degree in science/computing to set useless thing, still no heat, installed properly, but cant set heater to do its job, ie , come on at night. maybe have to bin it and go back to another reliable heater. not even a you tube video to assist setting it, no one knows, absolutely U.S.”

“The actual process of ordering the heater was very simple and the item arrived very quickly, impressed by this given that it was quite a heavy package. The heater itself was purchased to replace an older style heater which had gone wrong. The old heater was so easy to use, I would have bought another the same in a heartbeat, but as no longer available my choice was limited. The new heater looks the part but in reality required a computer brain to set it up. Not sure I have got this right, time will tell but in all honesty I preferred the previous generation of night store heaters.”
