The actual process of ordering the heater was very simple and the item arrived very quickly, impressed by this given that it was quite a heavy package. The heater itself was purchased to replace an older style heater which had gone wrong. The old heater was so easy to use, I would have bought another the same in a heartbeat, but as no longer available my choice was limited. The new heater looks the part but in reality required a computer brain to set it up. Not sure I have got this right, time will tell but in all honesty I preferred the previous generation of night store heaters.
