“Very happy with radiator the price and delivery was perfect.”

“Purchased an Elnur radiator through a third party. Unfortunately there was a problem, however we were delighted at the response of the company to sort the issue. We sent an email on the Thursday pm, a new radiator was delivered the following Monday and engineers came to install on the Friday. Problems do happen, but the speed and efficient resolution shows the merit and integrity of the company.”

“Parts missing resulting in me needing to get electrician back twice 2 call out charges. Before buying I asked power points and was told I only needed one. When I read instructions I was told it was 2 more expense. Sent email to sales team asking it to be forwarded to someone in technical. Reply from Sales team completely at odds with the respponse from electrician, Gabbaron and the instruction manual. Should employ people who know what they are talking about”

“I had three heaters from you last year, they performed perfectly over last winter, The two I have just received now completes my replacement of my five obsolete models. Also, the delivery man was first class, he was unable to get his vehicle down the street due too parked cars,so he pulled the pallet truck the length of the street. Many thanks to all concerned.”

“The reason I have only given 3 is the delivery was dumped outside the block of fronts and had to be moved by the House manager because it was in the way of the entrance. How do the drivers expect a lady of 77yrs to shift it?”
