“Just had the multi coloured slate delivered and fitted. My tiler has said they are a dream to work with and cut really easily - doesn't hurt that they look amazing now they're down too. Customer service was excellent, prompt delivery. Very happy customer. Will be back for more”

“I have always been on edge to place an order for tiles online, but i have to say I spoke to a lovely lady called Faye who helped me over the phone to understand the different finishes of tiles and how to place an order! I must say this was a very re assuring conversation because I was guided through the website and thoroughly and she had a lot of patience for me and my poor skills with the net! Keep up the fantastic service guys, I cannot wait to do business and place my order with you”

“I was very pleased with our experience buying through Stone Deals. Their product is good quality and very well priced. They had some issues with supply, which meant that our order was delayed by several weeks, but their customer service was excellent. Although they offered a full refund, we decided to wait for it to arrive. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, and it was delivered at the expected time. Any queries or problems were dealt with courteously and efficiently. We will certainly be using them again.”

“Great service! Stone Deals contacted us soon after placing the order to make sure we were happy with the colour of the marble tiles. Once confirmed, the order was delivered quickly and without any issues. We also didn't receive any broken tiles. Very happy with the service.”

“I received my tiles on Wednesday 24th June. Unfortunately a few where broken which was probably done when they where in transit. I notified Stone Deals via email and they replaced them immediately with no extra costs to myself. The customer services of this business is excellent, I will definitely be using these guys again!”
