Took months for our order to be fulfilled, after several calls the order was sent in two parts.

Unfortunately there was a slight production delay on one of the items you ordered, so we split the order and got the rest on the way to you separately. I bought a bike Gilet, it comes up small, for a large and has no pockets, how is that practical ?

One item was cancelled by SG before I received it, one items was too small (despite following measurement guidelines and being a 10/12 normally it's a bit much when the LARGE is too small) and cost me over £7 to return. The 3rd item fitted (in a medium) and is very nice but I'm put off ordering again because of the incorrect size information and the hassle/cost of returns.

The items I purchased were far too small despite asking for 4th. These garments were only to fit a large size. Such a shame as they were a good price. I was overall disappointed.

Took too long, not enough notice of what was happening. Even if it was a third-party issue, I wasn't aware of what was happening. I ordered from 'stolen goat' and that is who I associate the delays with, not whomever you contract with. Sorry, it may not be fair but it is what it is. If your supply chain lets you down, it reflects on SG. That said, nice design on the top that I bought and I'm looking forward to wearing it.

Size proved to be incorrect even though the sizing guide was used. System does not allow exchanges, only returns with the shipping cost to be paid by the customer. Correct sized items have to be repurchased. As the items were bought during Black Friday sale, I'm now unable to purchase the correct sizes at the discounted prices that I originally bought it for. Some of your competitors allow FREE returns and exchanges. This is pretty poor form as I'm unable to try your items out in person in my country.

Hi there, tbh I should have put down very poor only for previous experiences I have and friends to who I have recommended the brand to but this experience left a lot to be desired ... I originally purchased a Ronin tee as a Christmas present during the VIG promotion around black Friday. I was very pleasantly surprised when the rather large package arrived and it turned out to be a Ronny C&C jacket instead of my tee. I decided the right thing to do would be to send it back as it was about 3 times the value of my original purchase. After getting in contact with the site, I was informed that unfortunately, you could not just sent me out a new top that I would have to repurchase another Ronin and I could return the Ronny for a full refund of the original. I went ahead a bought a second top only to be told unfortunately after the fact that the tee wouldn't be with me in time for Christmas which was when I needed to for. Turns out the 2nd tee arrived well in time for Christmas but I had already bought something else and it was already starting to turn sour that I had to send the purchase back out of my own pocket. In the end, I returned both the purchases in the same envelope to save on P&P but was still docked €10 for a DHL return I didn't use. The second purchase was credited in full so thanks for that, I've questioned the return of the €10 with the helpdesk but no response as yet ... So now after Christmas, I'm €20-something down (10 for the DHL not used and about 12 for the postage I paid myself) and have nothing at all from Stolen Goat have ing returned both purchases. Admittedly it's not the biggest sum in the world and the response so far from both Alison and Eimear has been positive and understanding but I'm still waiting on closure of the whole debacle. We've just refunded the additional €10 against your first order which was automatically deducted against the DHL prepaid return which subsequently wasn't used. In this case it was also unfortunate the couriers delivered in time for Christmas when we had no guarantee this would happen! I'm sorry to deliver a poor rating on the 2 items below. Stolen Goat give me enough notifications so I thought something reciprocal was in order. But before I do, I have to say the shirts are good quality and fit. The long sleeved has issues with the stitching and zip but nothing I cant live with. Short sleeved are first class. Mitts - not as comfortable as I expected or of quality. Seem very weak as well so great care is needed taking them off, for risk of tearing. Bib shorts - nowhere near as comfortable as Endura or Sportful. The chamois just doesn't seem to provide the support that the others do.

Strange fit on bib shorts. Straps too short but legs too baggy. Disappointing to have to pay for recorded delivery on return at such an expensive store. Won’t be using again.

Bought Orkaan bibles tights which were not pictured nor described correctly. Customer service agreed with this, but wouldn’t pay my return postage as I requested. Instead, they asked me to return them via 2nd class recorded and they would email me a shop voucher. Having paid £4.20 postage, I was then sent a £5 voucher meaning I can receive 80 pence (!!!) off a subsequent order! Not impressed and will neither use again and will not be recommending them either. Customer service were prompt in their replies, hence 2 stars.

I purchased a Stolen Goat Red Haze Orkaan Jersey a few weeks ago in readiness for rides out in changeable weather. On my first wet ride in the countryside, some mud was splattered up the back of my new jersey, as you’d expect. However, the mud didn’t completely wash out when washed at the recommended temperature of 30 degrees. I tried washing at 40 degrees but, unfortunately, some staining remains. This is rather disappointing and, on this evidence, the stain resistance of the Orkaan material is remarkably poor.

A pair of cycling shorts that are designed by somebody who has never cycled. Terrible design. Look good but totally useless as a cycling product.
