Size proved to be incorrect even though the sizing guide was used. System does not allow exchanges, only returns with the shipping cost to be paid by the customer. Correct sized items have to be repurchased.
As the items were bought during Black Friday sale, I'm now unable to purchase the correct sizes at the discounted prices that I originally bought it for.
Some of your competitors allow FREE returns and exchanges.
This is pretty poor form as I'm unable to try your items out in person in my country.
