“Easy to deal with. Website clear and understandable.”

“Easy process in getting breakdown cover. Previous breakdown cover was personal insurance rather than by vehicle. Reverted to insuring individual vehicles and got a good price with Start Rescue with a small excess. Had used Start Rescue before with no problems so it was an easy choice.”

“had to wait about an hour for the recovery garage to arrive, thats not to bad. I have waited a lot longer in the past with other companys. The Start rescue team were very helpful, thanks.”

“When I had a problem they offered good advice and cane out straight away, I couldn’t of asked for more, my car was towed to the garage with such a helpful man , I would highly recommend them”

“Security procedure tedious and un -necessary as I was giving you money! Aģent however was impeccable in every way. Online form didn't advise that if adding /replacing a credit card for the system to work you need to disable auto renewal. Hence my need to pay over the phone.”

“I have found the whole process with Start Rescue to be simple and very cost effective. We recently had a punctured tyre which could not be fixed. A call to Start Rescue was answered quickly and a tow truck dispacted locally. The tow truck arrived within an hour and during that time Start Rescue kept in touch with us to ensure we were okay.”

“I called Start Rescue as my engine would not start and the response was almost immediate. Fortunately l managed to start the engine and called the service who promptly ensured that the team who were to be on their way to me, was cancelled. This is a brilliant service causing me no more hassle than to answer questions briefly in their app to get a mechanic out to my car and again a quick telephone call to cancel.”
