“I have been with Start Rescue for 20 years ,only had to call out 3 times . Always very helpfull ,keep you upto date with what is happening . I recomend to all my friends and neighbours. best service ever.”

“I pulled in to get petrol, filled up, then the car was dead as a dodo. I phoned start rescue as i am an old lady and dont do aps. The young man i spoke to was very pleasant and understanding. The breakdown truck was there in under 30 minutes. Nice young man very friendly. He explained my options, gave me a jump start and i drove straight to my mechanic. Very happy with the service and the speed of he breakdown truck arriving. Thank you very much.”

“I have been with Start Rescue for a number of years now and would highly recommend them as their website is very easy to navigate especially for those of us who aren't very good with technology. I don't use Apps so it is nice to get another choice . I've found it works out cheaper to not include breakdown cover when insuring your car and to get it as a separate entity with Start Rescue. I wouldn't use anyone else for my breakdown cover .”

“Start rescue we’re very professional but the whole experience was disappointing due to having to wait for the recovery vehicle for three hours! It would have been easier if I’d been in a car, but hanging around in the cold beside a motorcycle was no fun! Had I known at the time of reporting the incident to you that it would take so long I would have made other arrangements or even pushed it home myself.”

“As I haven't actually used the breakdown service I can only review the application process which was easy to navigate and select the level of support I need as well as easy to complete the purchase. It is comforting to know especially as a woman that I have access to help and assistance should anything unforeseen happen.”
