“Been with start rescue for a few years now , only needed them a couple of times, once up in Scotland they came out to me, quarter of an hour they had got me going again, you never know when you’ll need them , but you’ll have peace of mind knowing you are covered”

“Took 4-5 hours to rescue me and my motorbike on a freezing cold day - leaving me shivering and bordering on hypothermia. They lied over the phone that help was on the way - they promised it was on the way very early but the guy with the van told me he'd only received the call an hour before he got to me! Unforgiveable - tell the truth at least!”

“Like majority, my car has no spare wheel. I understand the intention is weight saving to achieve maximum fuel efficiency. So I signed up to SR in lieu of a spare, also covers me for other breakdowns. I had a puncture last year. They arrived in a reasonable time, picked up the car and dropped me at a local garage who replaced the tyre. All as expected. Annual fee increased, but they offered discount when I challenged them. They would have 5 stars but for that😉”
