“I have been with Start Rescue for many years and have found the service excellent If I have needed breakdown assistance the rersponse has been quick and efficient. I like to use the phone for renewing my policy and have found the staff to be very pleaseant and helpful. Thank you Start Rescue.”

“Amended my policy to not auto renew as now unnecessary, but it auto renewed! Why direct people to amend on line when automation does the opposite anyway and they end up having to ring anyway!”

“Been with Start Rescue for a few years now and just after I renewed my policy, I had to call them out as I had a flat battery. This is the third time I've had to call upon them and I've never had to wait longer than 2 hours for a mechanic/technician to arrive and resolve the problem. All in all, a great service, cannot fault them.”

“BANK STYLE CARD with Name / Membership Number and Contact Details to Carry in Wallet or Purse would be Helpful. Most MAJOR retain Outlets have such things, BUT not Start Rescue. Not Everyone has the latest all Singing all Dancing Mobile Phone.”
