“I have not had to call on the services of Start yet so not much to say really. I renewed my subscription this year because l feel the company wants to keep me as a customer and has offered a small discount. Coms are good too. So expecting all to go well.”

“Not had to use the service as yet since joining but the joining process was simple and straightforward. I did use StartRescue about 9 years ago and had to call them out for a flat battery. The service was quick and efficient back then so hopefully it's the same now.”

“It might have been nice to have had a chat with somebody or even a welcome call. It all feels rather robotic and impersonal, as if you're too busy to say hello to a new member.”

“I’ve used Start Rescue now for a number of years and have had to call them out a couple of times. The service provided by them was absolutely superb from first contact through to the engineer was second to none. They care about their customers.”
