“ihave been with start rescue a number of years i have only used them once and that was my own fault i parked the car at manchester airport and lefta light on in the car went on holiday 10 days on my return the battery was flat rang start rescue they came in about 30 mins and got me going first class service thanks G Richardson.”

“Was not notified that the renewal would be taken out of my account. I would have cancelled the payment as no longer required. Start are excellent by the way. Just no longer needed”

Hello John, We are sorry to hear that you were not aware that the payment for renewal would be taken, we do send communication to all customers 30 days ahead of the renewal due date to inform that renewal is due, and if on auto renewal, that the payment will be taken up to 2 days before the renewal due date. If your policy is within 14 days of the renewal date and you no longer require cover, please contact our Customer Services team on 01206 655000. “Start Rescue arrived at my breakdown point within half an hour. I was lucky that they were nearby and it wasn’t busy at that moment. However the mechanic got me back on the road and I was able to continue my journey. Excellent service! I have since renewed our annual plan with them therefore.”
