“Since joining with Start Rescue I have had a breakdown once and the service I received was excellent. I broke down away from home late at night, and the service truck was with me within the hour to take me home. As there was no garage open, at that time of night to take my car to be fixed, the service truck returned the following day to take my car to the garage. This was at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Start Rescue and their process are very competitive.”

“I haven't had a breakdown but their customer service is brilliant. I couldn't download the START Rescue app, it said it wasn't compatible with my phone which was odd as it had up to date software. I rang to ask for help and my query was dealt with in a very professional manner. I had 3 phone calls from Start Rescue to try to ascertain exactly what the problem was, my make and model of phone and to reassure me they were looking into it. I assumed that was all they could do but this afternoon I got another call to say they had just put through an update on their app and i should be able to download it now. Fantastic, it actually downloaded, thank you. If your rescue breakdown service is as good as your customer service then I'll be very happy.”

“Fortunately I haven't had to be rescued over the years, I was willing to stay with Start Rescue as theprice seemed reasonable. My only difficulty was in doing the policy renewal online before the current one ran out, making the payment was a problem as it had to be on my bank APP, I wasn't happy having to authorise a payment in advance without having the amount to be paid available to see. I did call to speak to an advisor who tried to help me pay by phone but I struggled to put my card details in on my phone so gave up on that.”

“I stayed with Start Rescue because the renewal cost was very competative, which gave me no particular reason to go elsewhere. The app and website appear very good. I have not yet had to request assitance for a breakdown, so cannot yet comment on that. Overall very happy so far.”

“My engine light came on and my car was juddering so I called start rescue and they sent somebody out to me within the hour and he told me what the problem was and I fixed it myself as I used to be a mechanic but I’m now retired the mechanic that came out to me was really good 👍”

“Havent used yet, but with Start Rescue for the last 3 years, easy to get intouch with if any questions about policy, renewed again this year and so have 3 other members of my family. Like that it has the app on phone.”
