“Website very confusing. Eventualy made a purchase but then had additional questions to answer so in total frustration I telephoned them and cancelled the order.”

“I've been with start rescue for a few years, called them out once, efficient service. I like the app. I was very disappointed that the renewal price was more expensive than I could get by cancelling renewal and taking out a new policy, and being informef that the cost had been reduced as a thank you for being a loyal customer!”
