“Used Start Rescue for a feed years now. Before and recently. Just taken out another years 3* personal policy. Very easy to do online, in fact I don’t think it could be any easier! Maybe accept PayPal payments? It’s card only or direct debit at mo. Price is brilliant. I did have to use breakdown once last year when car wouldn’t start. Used the app for assistance and recovery was there within half and hour and got me on my way. In fact the car started on its own as soon as mechanic tried it!!! Typical !! Made me look like a little stupid I must say but at least the recovery worked if it hadn’t !! Can recommend Start Rescue. Great prices too. Thank you.”

“Just joined so no experience of actual service and of course hope to never need it. I'm coming from the AA after changing bank accounts where that was included. That said joining was easy and the web experience straightforward and comprehensive regarding choice information, payment, documents and app. My star rating is on this and I hope the actual insurance protection is of the same quality.”

“Very quick, efficient service when I arrived back at my car to find it had a totally flat battery. Your man got it started so I could get home and get it charged up for the next day. Excellent service.”

“I have never had to use the services of Start Rescue, but get annoyed shortly before the year is up when I am bombarded by a series of text messages and emails, reminding me to renew. The "Why did you choose to buy or renew our cover?" options should include "Couldn't be bothered to change" and "Inertia or Apathy"...”
