“I did unfortunately have to use the service this last year as my car would not start, the phone agent was really professional and the recovery agent was prompt and knowledgeable! I felt very confident in taking out another years policy.”

“We have been Start Rescue customers for several years and fortunately have only had to call on your help a couple of times and have always found the service perfectly fine (once was a battery issue in cold weather and the other was a breakdown just off the M1 motorway.”

“I have just renewed my breakdown cover with start rescue. We are a family with 4 cars and had to call out 3 times last year. Each time we had to wait no longer than 1 hour and had very good service.”

“Excellent service and extremely competitive. I dealt with this company a few years ago but because my replacement cars came with cover I haven't used them since. I was impressed with the service I received then and continue to appreciate them again. A definite 5 stars”

“I realised I had set up two contracts when a single for two cars would be both easier to operate (in the app) and I subsequently found slightly cheaper. This was quickly and cheerfully changed by one of your representatives”

“I found buying the policy complex. firstly i tried talking to one of your sales people but he/we could not get my credit card to work. Then I bought via on-line. Fortunately the card worked!”

“I reviewed a few national car breakdown companies, ( which consumer) recommended and Start Rescue offered me the best cover for my needs. I was impressed by the packages offered and unlike many others companies, had no additional charges or restrictions for older vehicles. Straight forward and clear information. Well done.”
