“Thankfully no need to use Start Rescue during the last 12 months. Renewal price increased ONLY £1 extra. Previous service great so would hope standards will have stayed the same.”

“Renewal premum was more than the price on Confused.com called but StartRescue could not match. So I cancelled current policy and started new policy exactly the same through Confused.com! Crazy.”

“I have yet to use this service due to no need for car rescue at this time. It remains a positive service in times of emergency and remains a required necessity for such times our car my decide to stop......SUDDENLY!”

“I tried to renew my policy as I think the debit card I normally used had expired and I had a new account number on my new card. For that reason the renew on my policy did not go through. I then managed to take out a new policy on my new card but I think I ended up paying more, like I was a new cutomer would do. Probably my fault as I had a new debit card, but annoying that I ended paying a bit more.”
