“Great value.Called out to check a loose anti-roll bar link caused by speed bumps and pot holes whilst away on a weekend brake. They came out promptly and confirmed it safe to drive home on.”

“Just left Green Flag after a decade because they let me down over a single straightforward call out in all that time... Only signed up to Start Rescue in the last couple of days, but impressed with their easy-to-use website & App. Not the cheapest quote, but appear to be well respected, having delivered to others what we all want from a breakdown operation. Hopefully our interaction with humans in the organisation will be equally efficient & professional, when & if required.”

“We have been with Start rescue for several years, and have two vehicles covered with their 3* policy. The price is very competitive compared with other breakdown providers. Fortunately we have only required one callout in all the time we have had cover. The response on that occasion was first class so we see no reason to consider not using Start Rescue going forward. We also appreciate the offers and advice provided by email.”

“I did NOT want to autorenew. I had no idea that this was going to happen and that you could just steal the money from my account with no reminder or warning. I contacted customer services and no one replied. I am actually horrified you can take money out my account without permission and that you can generally operate like this and it’s not illegal. I feel cheated and robbed.”
