“They have helped me in the past, nice knowing the help is there when needed. I was a bit shocked it renewed when all I did was log into my account and auto renew was off lucky I still required the cover.”

“Easy company to deal with. Only had cause to call out on one occasion since I took out policy with Start in May 2020 and was extremely pleased with their actions/service. My breakdown was dealt with efficiently, promptly and in a very friendly manner.”

“General customer service very satisfactory as able to speak to a person each time. Car broke down in February and rescuer came in an hour. Very happy with service. Daughter called for help in April late at night but Start Rescue did not attend so not good. When I asked for an explanation your Senior Investigator David Freer treated it as a complaint and assumed I was angling for compensation. I was satisfied with the explanation so renewed for another year.”

“I was rescued by you about 2 years ago in the Highlands of Scotland and I couldn’t fault your service. I’m always happy to renew as it’s the car that’s insured and occasionally my son drives it. Plus of course the price is brilliant. Thank you”

“Although I have not needed to use the breakdown service (fortunately) yet, the general service and clear communication have all been first class. I have just renewed my policy for a second year based on this, coupled with an attractive quote and I feel confident that Start Rescue will be there for me should the need arise.”

“Excellent web-site. Can speak to a real person for any query. Is 'Which' recommended. However, I did receive an email about a week before my renewal date that stated my premium would be taken within 2 days of it. The premium was not taken so I had to telephone on renewal date to pay it and ensure I was covered.”

“I have been with them for about 6 years now not a problem very good serice i have had to have there service out twice. Very reliable and a good price would highly reccoment them.. Also most of my friends and family use them. Thankyou 👍👍😊”

“Called them three times and always received excellent service from both the mechanics and Start Rescue themselves who always call to check everything is ok and keep me up to date. Far superior service to what I have received from AA and RAC in the past.”
