“Had no reason to call for assistance with a breakdown or any other problem whilst driving but feel confident if I needed Start Rescue to help they would provide good results. Pleased with annual price and all communication I have received. Also receive a useful newsletter online with good to know information.”

“Took breakdown cover out via the website was easy and the level of cover was half my renewal quote from AXA so very pleased Dont like that they dont send documents via post and have to download everything Had a few queries about the terms & conditions so called and operator was very helpful and answered my queries Also helped that Which Magazine rate this company which led me to there website in the first place Havent given 5 Stars only because I havent used the service”

“I have had the opportunity of having Start Rescue get my old banger going again from the roadside and also arranging recovering my vehicle when it could not be repaired at the roadside. On both occasions I had a minimal wait of no longer than an hour, the mechanics are very polite and helpful explaining what is wrong and whether it can be fixed or not. Reasonably priced compared to other companies and for me, cheaper than through my insurance company. An all round great purchase.”

“Because I have no smartphone (only a basic mobile) I had problems taking in anything you sent me. I was in a Waitrose carpark, so had to go into the shop and ask their help from a fixed phone. Because I'd called you on a mobile you'd assumed I'd get all your instructions! In the event I did not need the arranged callout, so had to go back into the store to use their phone to cancel. If I was out on the road somewhere, I would have had a problem!”

“I received 2 emails with different prices for my renewal. I contacted customer services and spoke yo Sean. He quickly sorted out the problem for me and my cover was set up to start right away. He was very polite and knowledgeable. This was something that used used to be dome by my husband and Sean was very empathetic.”

“I have had to the breakdown service once. I broke down 60 miles from home, I didn't wait very long before someone came out to me. They tried to fix the fault, couldn't, so took me home. The whole experience was fast, painless and professional, I have no hesitation renewing each year.”
