“Start Rescue was 💯 there when I needed them, no messing about got me and my car home and the annual cost is HALF the price of a very well known breakdown recovery service (even though I'm insured with them) I'm staying with Start Rescue.”

“My cover doesn't start until 14th Nov but so far my experience has been favourable. The price was competitive, the website was easy to negotiate and the phone app was easy to download, overall my first impression is good”

“I have been with Start Rescue for about three years now and have always been impressed with the set-up regarding membership, the online customer lounge, and all the benefits. Thankfully I have not had to put them to the test, thhough, until a few days ago. The mobile app allows you to report a breakdown and someone contacts you. Next you are contacted by the place where the engineer is coming from and Start Rescue keep in touch throughout so you know what is going on. All this happened perfectly on the day I used them and I was impressed as well as relieved. The engineer was friendly and professional, fixing the problem and giving good advice. I would highly recommend them.”

“The actual cover is cheaper but the admin fee is such a lot so not sure why .We aleady have one car covered by Start Rescue so decided to use you again for my car”

“Starting my 4th year with StartRescue. Needed them once when the clutch on my combo burned out; the system worked fine. I've found this a very good firm to deal with; good communications, easy website, excellent telephone team, and annual fees very reasonable including a reduction in year 2. Last week the RAC phoned to se if I'd rejoin with "a special offer"; I explained that after 40 years' membership RAC fee topped £200, more than twice Star Rescue's charge.”
