“Competitive pricing. Been with them for years now. 1st signed up as they were a cheaper alternative to the main guys. As the number of vehicles in the house grew, we stayed with them. The yearly renewal for the 4 cars is still incredibly reasonable. In fact the increase over last year was nominal, just a few pounds is all. The level of cover includes home start and is adequate for our needs. will stay with them as long as they are well priced.”

“I cannot really review or score / as i have never used your service ( yet?), but i can score 10 out of 10 or 5 stars for the phone service i had on Mondsy morning ( 20th April) when i renewed my breakdown service / the cal i made was somewhere around 9-15am and the guy i spoke to was excellent / patient , and very helpful indeed / even securing me a good discount/ as i hadn't claimed and due to my being a council tenant and OAP / thank you so much START RESCUE /”

“Very difficult to give a rating as, luckily, I have not had a breakdown. The cost is fair compared with other breakdown services. Insurance Assistance would appear to be a good part of Start Rescue service.”

“Not necessarily the cheapest, but you normally get what you pay for. The online set up was easy and straightforward, and since I had to make use of your services many years ago (which was 1st class) l decided to try you again. Hopefully this will still be the case should l ever need you.”

“Haven't broken down yet but others feedback is encoutaging should it happen. Dislike confusing web site which seems to assume annual auto-renewal and make choice of non-auto-renewal confusing if not impossible. Why can't Start just send out annual email reminders to those of us who do not want auto-renewals? i suppose it is an insurance company behind it .....”
