“I’ve been with Start Rescue a number of years, and have a personal policy rather than particular vehicle. Whilst I could find this type of policy cheaper with other providers, I am always loathe to do so as Start Rescue has never let me or my husband down. They are quick and reliable when dealing with issues, and I trust them pretty much implicitly! We thought about changing this year as so many competitors have popped up offering cheaper premiums, but we decided against it for the reasons listed above.”

“I can only comment generally as my car has never broken down. Prompt replies to emails, good price especially compared to AA, RAC and Green Flag. Documents emailed quickly and always have been accurate. Will continue to use”

“Thankfully I've never needed to use your services however have found the ease and availability of being able to talk to a real person on the telephone a real bonus.I also think the method of reporting a breakdown with the app truly excellent.”

“The ease of reporting on the App. You then receive a call ,at first I was what was the point of the app then! We realised we were very stressed and hearing a very reassuring friendly voice was much appreciated. We also received a call to check if we needed further assistance.”
