“Been a member for several years now; only had a couple of call-outs but both times, reporting was easy through the app and response pretty quick. Signing up/renewal easy and pricing very competitive. Very reassuring to know SR are there if ever we need help.”

“Only with you a few days. Found your web site to be very clear and concise. Very easy to see the cost at the outset for each level of cover. Consistent 'Which ' recommendation. Very competitive price for level of cover . Previous supplier has increased premium by 41% and not a single claim in last 4 years.”

“I needed Start Rescue services soon after I took out the policy 3 years ago. The staff were extremely helpful and very professional. There was absolutely no quibble about providing help even though at that time I had only just started the policy. The price charged for the quality of service provided is exceptional. I will continue to recomnend this service to others without hesitation.”

“I have been with Start Rescue for several years and on the few occasions I have had to call upon their services they have arrived promply and always fixed the (minor) issues quickly. I did try another rescue service within this time but returned after 1 year as that service (Rescuemycar) left me in a dangerous situation when the wiper mechanisim (on my last car) failed ("wipers are NOT an emergency" according to them). I was away from home at the time near Bodmin during very rainy weather it was a dark Friday evening and it was my opinion they just did not want to turn out. I returned to Start who had proved they do attend remote places out of hours. My only request would be for them to add driver incapacity on to 3star (as an extra) as it would be a boon for such as me who do not need all the extra of 4/5 star (and have older cars so cannot have 4/5star) but due to age and being the sole driver would like that re-assurance.”
