“I’ve been with Start Rescue for over 5 years and am happy with the great customer service they provide. Renewal has never been easier. The price is affordable. When I call them, the operator is friendly and understanding. I manage to renew over the phone. Their website is convenient and it is easy to download the new policy documents. Customers are given the options to turn ON / OFF automatic updates, delete the saved Debit / Credit Card, change their details: Address, Car Reg. etc. So far I haven’t made a claim and cannot say anything about the process but everything else seems alright. Overall, I am happy with this insurance company.”

“Great service from Start Rescue. My key got locked in the car along with my wallet, house keys and various other important possessions. I was amazed at how quickly a local engineer arrived (less than 30 mins from when I called). Everything was sorted out quickly and politely.”
