“I was recommended to your company by my Dad, and I cannot speak highly enough!! in the 4 years Iv been with you, iv had to use the call out service twice and it was fast and exceptional each time! Very easy to report a breakdown, agents are so helpful and very understanding. The price is very competative and Im so happy with the service that iv just bought a year package for my son. Excellent customer service.”

“Cross fingers we haven’t had to use the service but we did a few years ago and it was absolutely spot on. We’ve stayed with Start rescue because they don’t overcharge like a lot of others. Approximately a month ago we had a query and called the customer service and found them to be very helpful and courteous,”

“Moved from the AA as had got far too expensive, my colleague is with yourselves and has 3 cars on one policy said you where good. I only have one car cost was reasonable”

“you do deserve more, but im not happy about your policy once you have put a car on a policy and you get rid of that car you cannot cancel and get a refund of the remaining period even if its got ten months to run.”
